Platform The Premium Listing will appear on Rightmove.co.uk, subject to Rightmove's terms of use and display standards. 4. Property Type This offer applies to residential sales listings only. Rental listings and commercial properties are excluded. 5. One Offer Per Property Only one Premium Listing upgrade is available per qualifying property. 6. Non-transferable and No Cash Alternative This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service. 7. Offer Application The Premium Listing upgrade will be applied automatically upon listing approval and publishing on Rightmove. 8. Withdrawal Cadley Cauldwell reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice. 9.
