They kept us informed every month even when their was nothing to update us with. We felt valued as customers/clients & more importantly, as people.
When we received an offer, Michelle, Elaine & Lee were in constant contact with us. Always helpful, friendly & with guidance throughout the process. They are honest, upfront & do not fob you off with untruths. Any questions/queries we had they would always answer.
